8 Piece Floral Cup and Saucer Tea Set – Peacock and Butterfly Motif – Unknown Backstamp 477 – Excellent condition

Description

Now here’s an intriguing set. We have an 8 piece cup and saucer set in excellent condition. There is a large brown floral motif on all with splashes of other colours and includes a flying peacock and butterflies.

The cups are 6cm tall and 9cm in diameter across the handle. The saucers are 13.5cm in diameter. The backstamp is marked 447 11/11 – if anyone can shed any light on this, it would be much appreciated.

That said, it is a great set all round.

Thanks for looking
