This is a recent arrival at the boutique. This Fine Porcelain plate was made in 1991 and is part of a limited edition. The plate is numbered R8808. It appears to be signed on the edge and reverse of the plate. It was made by Franklin Mint.

It has a diameter of 21cm and is in excellent condition.
