Fourteen (14) Piece Alfred Meakin Glo-white Tea Set – 6 Cups and Saucers, Milk Jug and Sugar Bowl -Ironstone – Excellent condition!

Description

This is an excellently conditioned Alfred Meakin Glo-White Tea Service dating from around the 1950s. It looks barely used and has been well kept and still includes the full 6 cup and saucer set plus the sugar bowl and milk/creamer jug.

There are no significant blemishes to the set, no discernible chips or cracks of note. It is very much in the mid-20th century Meakin style with its lean towards the Ironstone ceramic finish that makes it so durable.

This would be a great set for a Meakin lover and is a great talking piece for coffee afternoon get togethers.
