Iconic Early 1990s Ikea Varme Teapot – Heavy stoneware – Excellent Condition – Jet Black

This is an Ikea Icon from the early 90s before Ikea really hit the big time here in the UK

This teapot is a classic Swedish design and Made in China. They are very hard to come by especially in this colour and condition – we think it may have never been used as it still comes with a spout protector.

It stands 15.5cm to the top of the lid and 27cm from spout to handle. It has six small ceramic feet to ensure that contact with worktops and surfaces is through the thicker stone base.

This would make a great addition to any teapot connoiseur or those who appreciate the Nordic styling of the early 1990s
