This meat plate or wall plate, if you prefer, is a 1940s design from Royal Doulton china.

The plate is a rather well known design and very brightly coloured for its age. It is around 10″ across.

It is largely free from any flaws, chips or cracks – there is a small part, pictured, where the black edge has rubbed away, other than that, it is in excellent condition.
