Description
These vintage butter and cheese dishes are from around the 1940’s to 1950s. They are all of different sizes, and all show some signs of wear/usage and age related crazing. However, they are still useable but would look fantastic as display pieces.
The cottage style cheese dish is the largest of the four and measures, 21cm in length x 10cm height (not including handle) x 17cm width. Please note that there is a small hairline crack the the inside of the lid, but this is not noticable from the outside.
The second cheese dish is 15cm wide x 8cm tall (not including handle) x 17.5cm length. Some of the gold paint has now rubbed away from use over the years.
The third the Roses butter dish, is 16.5cm in length x 13cm width x 7cm tall (not including handle).
The fourth made by Brently is 15.5cm in length x 8cm tall (not including handle) x 12cm width. Please be aware that this does show a lot of use to the stand and is discoloured due to age and usage.
Thanks for looking.
