Vintage Vanity Set for Dressing Table. Celluloid 1940’s

Description

This vanity set is from around the 1940s. It is made from celluloid, which was developed as a cheaper alternative to ivory. It has stood the test of time, as most of the pieces are in good condition. There are a few used and age related marking, such as the handle on the brush and some light staining in parts. They are all still very usable.

The tray measures 26cm in length x 20cm in width (widest). The set includes, hair brush, comb, clothes brush and a shoe horn. A perfect choice for a collector.
