Description
This item is a recent addition to our collection. Although the item is fairly modern there is a rustic appearance to its creation harking back to old barrel making in the 19th century.
The item has been made and crafted by a local Lincolnshire cooper and the attention detail is fantastic.
The outer wooden box has wooden trim tacked out around the edges to give a softer finish, the clasps are both decorative and functional. There is a metal black trim with brass studs around the neck and head of the carrier when opened.
Inside the bottles will be held in place by a wooden plates top and bottom suitable for most bottles of wine.
This piece would be a fantastic addition to a countryside picnic or a beach day out.
Thanks for looking.
