Vintage Daro Erika Typewriter

Description

This Daro Erika portable typewriter, made in Germany, is in good overall condition. It is in its original case which unhooks at the rear. Although the ribbon does work, a new one will be required. It was made around the 1960s, so as expected there are some signs of use and age. Featuring a green and cream two-tone colourway, this machine is a brilliant example of robust mid-century German engineering. It is a fantastic find for writers, collectors, or as a unique display piece. The case is a red lined material, with a black outer case.

The Case measures: 38cm x 40cm.
