Enamelled Brush-Painted Pottery Horse Jugs – 1 Large, 6 Small – Unique Find – Good Condition

Description

Wow! This is a really unique find here at the boutique. Here we have a set of jugs or vases, 1 large and six small each adorned with enamelled horses.

Each vase has been brushed in a water brown colour to give each vase an earthy tone, which is offset by the black enamelled insides. Each horse is in a vibrant colour placed in the centre of each vase. The largest vase has three horses and stands 26.5cm tall and is 13.5cm in diameter, whilst the smaller vases have a horse each and are 9.5cm in diameter and 18.5cm tall.

Each are in good to very good condition, though there are some small chips in some of the vases – we have tried to picture them all. That said, it doesn’t detract from what is a rather unique and stunning bunch of pottery jugs and they would suit any horse or colourful ceramic lover!
